We are pleased to have assisted Interparking, a European leader in the urban mobility sector, with its €1.15 billion dual-tranche issuance of notes, consisting of €650 million 3.875% fixed rate notes with a 5-year tenor and €500 million 4.375% fixed rate notes with an 8-year tenor, with admission to trading on Euronext Growth Brussels. This is the inaugural issue of notes under Interparking’s newly established €2 billion Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme.
Eubelius acted as sole lead counsel to Interparking and provided end-to-end legal support in relation to the launch of Interparking’s EMTN programme and the inaugural issuance of notes under the programme.
The transaction was led by Thomas Donnez and includes Nikolai De Clercq and Lowie Gielis on the debt capital markets side, with support from Wouter Claes, Kelly Moens and Guus Van de Voorde on the tax side.
