Eubelius assists clients both in the incorporation and ongoing operations of funds, family offices and other investment vehicles. Our assistance includes structuring work (including an analysis of the most appropriate investment vehicle), drafting contractual documentation, assistance in negotiations with investors or other contracting parties (such as AIFMs, custodians, fund advisers, etc.), preparation of documentation with a view to obtaining regulatory approvals (such as authorisation files or registrations), assistance in the interaction with regulators and, more generally, legal and tax advice in the day-to-day operation of investment vehicles. The Eubelius team has a profound knowledge of special Belgian fund regimes, such as specialised real estate investment funds (REIFs), private privaks, Eltifs and EuVECAs.
