Thomas heads the Banking & finance practice and focuses on banking and financial transactions, debt capital markets and investment funds.
He has been partner at Eubelius since 2024 and a member of the Brussels Bar since 2013.

Thomas has a particular focus on:
- Banking and debt capital market transactions, including (cross-border) syndicated loans, debt restructurings and public and private placement of bonds (including green bonds and USPP).
- Real estate finance, zooming in specifically on BE-REITs and other real estate developers and investors, both on lender and on borrower side.
- Investment funds, including structuring and (financial) regulation (AIFMD, MiFID II, and AML).
Thomas obtained a law degree from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and holds an LL.M. in International Financial Law at King’s College London.
He authored various legal publications and regularly speaks on banking and financial law.
He handles cases in Dutch, in English and in French.
