Kelly is a counsel in our tax practice. She mainly focuses on real estate taxation estate planning and fund taxation. She has particular expertise in (real estate) funds and transferring family-owned enterprises to the next generation, including the preferential gift and inheritance tax regime for such transfers.
She joined Eubelius in 2016 and became a member of the Brussels Bar the same year.Since starting at Eubelius, Kelly has been involved in a wide range of matters and has advised on complex tax issues for a broad and varied client base (including REITs, property developers, family-owned enterprises, family offices, fund managers, and high-net-worth individuals).
Kelly obtained her law degree at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2015. In 2016 she obtained a master’s degree in tax law at the Université libre de Bruxelles.
She is also a regular speaker at seminars. Kelly handles cases in Dutch, English and French.
