Eubelius advised Econopolis, an independent Belgian financial investment boutique, on the establishment of a strategic joint venture with Allianz Benelux, a leading Belgian insurance company and part of the global Allianz Group. The joint venture will develop and commercialise TWAIN, a highly automated yet hybrid wealth management offering for high net worth and mass affluent clients. The transaction has been successfully completed, providing for a 50/50 partnership in the operating company, Econodigital.
TWAIN combines a streamlined digital journey for portfolio construction and monitoring with personal guidance from experienced relationship managers, enabling clients to build a personalised investment portfolio.
