On 17 February 2023, Aptean, a global provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions, successfully completed its acquisition of the Drink-IT business from the NORRIQ Group.
Drink-IT is a provider of enterprise resource planning software designed to meet the needs of beverage companies, including breweries, distilleries, bottlers and wholesalers. The acquisition of Drink-IT will strengthen Aptean’s Food & Beverage ERP offerings.
The Eubelius team, led by Joris De Wolf and Thijs Keuleers, assisted Aptean with all Belgian aspects of the transaction. Our multidisciplinary team included specialists from the corporate and M&A, employment, banking & finance, commercial law, intellectual property, digital & data protection, and real estate departments of Eubelius.
