Eubelius assisted Xpo Group BV on the voluntary and conditional public takeover bid in cash launched by Easyfairs Belgium NV on all shares of Xpo Group that were not yet held by it, its affiliates, or persons acting in concert with it.
Xpo Group is a Belgian company headquartered in Kortrijk, which operates and manages the Kortrijk Xpo venue and acts as an organiser of trade fairs, congresses and events, both at its venue in Kortrijk and at various other locations across Europe.
Easyfairs Belgium is the Belgian group entity within the Easyfairs Group, a pan-European event organizer with a leading market position in key sectors and a well-established presence across Europe.
Following the closing of the mandatory reopening period on 30 July 2026, Easyfairs Belgium now holds 100% of the shares in Xpo Group.
