On 23 July 2026, ARGAN, France’s leading listed logistics REIT, and WDP, its European counterpart, announced a friendly cross-border merger with a view to creating a €13 billion+ European logistics champion.
Eubelius is acting as lead counsel to WDP, working together with Bredin Prat for the French law aspects.
