Eubelius advises TDL Group in the sale of its Fresh Logistics business to STEF Group

Eubelius has successfully assisted TDL Group in the sale of its Fresh Logistics business to listed French STEF Group, the European specialist in temperature-controlled food transport and logistics. The sale was completed on 2 December 2024.

The Eubelius team, consisting of Joris De Wolf, Fréderic Van Campe and Thijs Keuleers, assisted TDL Group in all aspects of the transaction.
