Eubelius is proud to announce that it will be working with ASATT (A Seat At The Table).
Barteld Schutyser, chairman of the Eubelius CSR committee, explains: “ASATT aims to break through the ‘us/them’ thinking that exists between employers and young people from a different socio-economic background. Working through various ambassadors, of which Eubelius is one, young people will be given the chance not only to widen their networks, but also to demonstrate their skills. And, as an employer, it provides us with a unique opportunity to expand our traditional recruitment channels.”
Marieke Wyckaert, partner, continues: “Working in conjunction with ASATT, the recruitment and CSR committees have selected three ambitious law students to come and gain work experience with us for a month this summer. We firmly believe that the drive and enthusiasm of these students will also provide inspiration for our own attorneys.”
In July, Eubelius will open its doors to its first summer intern to work as part of the Public & administrative law team. Later, in August and September, we will be welcoming a further two students to the Dispute resolution & litigation teams. In addition, two other job students will also be providing administrative support during the summer months.
After the summer, various partners from Eubelius will be presenting law courses to a larger group of young people from ASATT.
