Sigma Conso, with offices in Europe and Asia, is a leading provider of software, training and services in the field of corporate performance management. It is especially recognised as an expert in management reporting and financial consolidation.
The Eubelius team, led by Joris De Wolf and including Anouk Kerkhofs and Frederik De Leo, assisted Prophix with all Belgian aspects of the transaction. Our multidisciplinary team included specialists from the corporate and M&A, employment, banking & finance, public & administrative law, commercial law, intellectual property, digital & data protection, and real estate departments of Eubelius.
