Eubelius has advised Damier Group (the investment vehicle of pharma entrepreneur Yvan Vindevogel) on the acquisition of Dr. Organic, a specialist in the natural and organic personal care sector, based in Wales. Dr. Organic was previously owned by The Bountiful Company (controlled by investment funds KKR and Carlyle).
