Eubelius has assisted the Damier Group, an investment vehicle active in a wide range of branded consumer goods sectors, with its acquisition of Remark B.V.
Headquartered in Rogat, the Netherlands, Remark B.V. is one of the key players in the Dutch consumer healthcare and cosmetics market. Remark distributes its products mainly in the Netherlands, but also has activities in other European countries. In addition to its own brands, the company also distributes third party brands on the Dutch market.
