Eubelius has assisted the Alter Pharma group in connection with the investment it has received from global private equity firm The Riverside Company. Alter Pharma is a Belgian pharmaceutical group which distributes EU-sourced branded and generic products to Belgium-based pharmacies and hospitals. It also develops and reformulates generic pharmaceuticals using GMP approved third-party manufacturers, and sells them internationally through partnerships.
