AG Insurance, represented in this transaction by AG Real Estate, entered into an agreement with Ackermans & van Haaren (91.8%) and the management (8.2%) of Anima NV, with regard to the sale of all shares in Anima NV. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2022 and is subject to approval by the Belgian competition authorities.
The Anima group is active in high-quality senior care and currently comprises 24 residential care centres.
