Eubelius has advised the shareholders of the Nova Reperta group on the successful exit of French private equity player Ardian and the entry of Tilleghem as new financial partner. The transaction was also accompanied by the promotion of a new generation of partners to the shareholder base of Nova Reperta who, together with the existing partners, will be able to realise the long-term vision of Nova Reperta and further strengthen its position, with the support of the new financial partner Tilleghem.
