Felix focuses on mergers and acquisitions (national and international), private equity, MBO, management incentive and growth capital. In this regard, Felix has specific expertise in guiding complex strategic alliances and complex corporate law issues.
As a trusted advisor, Felix advises entrepreneurs on all their strategic issues throughout the entire life cycle of their companies and their investment decisions.
In addition, Felix is an authority in guiding group internal and external corporate restructurings (national and international) and cross-border mobility. From this practice, Felix played an important role in the drafting of Book 12 of the new Companies and Associations Code on mergers, demergers and other restructurings and the transposition of the Mobility Directive.
Felix joined Eubelius in 2016 and is part of our Corporate and M&A team. He has been a partner since 2021.
He obtained his Law degree (magna cum laude) at the Universiteit Gent in 2006 and has been a member of the Bar since then.
Felix is the author of various legal publications and is a regular speaker on corporate law. He is also a guest lecturer at Bruges Business School.
He handles cases in Dutch, French and English.
