Sylvain specialises in banking and financial law, with a focus on financing transactions for domestic and foreign companies, funds (including private equity and private debt funds) and financial institutions. He also frequently assists start-ups with their funding rounds.
He has particular expertise in project financing, including in the energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as in real estate financing.
He has been a member of the French-speaking association of the Brussels Bar since 2015 and joined Eubelius in 2021.
He obtained a Master of Laws degree at the Université libre de Bruxelles in 2014 and an LL.M. in International Commercial Law at Maastricht University in 2015.
Prior to joining Eubelius, Sylvain worked for six years at another major law firm in Brussels.
He handles cases in French, Dutch and English.
