On 19 November 2020, Xior, the BE-REIT specialising in student housing in Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal, raised EUR 54 million through an ABB with institutional investors.
The issue price of EUR 50.00 per new share represents a limited discount of 3.32% compared to the closing price of the Xior share on Euronext Brussels on 18 November 2020, adjusted for the detached dividend coupon.
