On 29 November 2023, WDP raised EUR 300 million through an accelerated bookbuild (ABB) with institutional investors. WDP is a BE-REIT specialising in logistics real estate in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany and Romania.
The capital increase is the second largest realised this year by a BE-REIT.
