On 20 October 2022, WDP raised EUR 300 million through an accelerated bookbuild (ABB) with institutional investors. WDP is a BE-REIT specialising in logistics real estate in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany and Romania.
The capital increase is the third largest on Euronext Brussels this year and constitutes one of the largest capital increases realised by a BE-REIT through an ABB.
