Eubelius has assisted Warehouses De Pauw (WDP) in entering into a joint venture with Gosseling Group NV. The commencement of this collaboration marks the transformation of the former Milcobel site in Deurne, making way for two brand-new, state-of-the-art sustainable warehouses, each spanning an impressive 18,000 square metres.
