Eubelius recently assisted the shareholders and CEO of the Ad Ultima Group in connection with the participation of the investment fund Waterland in the capital of Ad Ultima. Ad Ultima is a Belgian IT company with a special focus on the implementation of business software and is active in Benelux and France.
This transaction created a combined group with an annual turnover of EUR 50 million and over 350 employees.
The team consisted of Philippe Mulliez (corporate) and Jasper Caby (corporate).
