Eubelius assists Daimler in the framework of the sale of seven of its Mercedes-garages in the region of Ghent.
On 27 October 2017 Mercedez-Benz Belux, a Belgian subsidiary of Daimler, has entered into an agreement with the Swedish investment group Anders Hedin in respect of the sale of seven of its Mercedes Benz-garages located in the region of Ghent (more information in Dutch on https://www.tijd.be/ondernemen/auto/Zweden-kopen-Oost-Vlaamse-Mercedes-…). The transaction will be closed in 2018.
The Eubelius team members involved were Marieke Wyckaert, Tim Van Moorhem and Eva Milants.
