After obtaining the required approval from the competent competition authorities, the closing of Clarebout’s acquisition of 50% of the shares in the Pomuni group took place on 23 January 2025.
The Eubelius team, led by Philippe Mulliez and Michiel Nuitten, in collaboration with a.o. Miel Dhuyvetter and Louis Maeyaert, assisted Clarebout in establishing this joint venture.
