Eubelius acted as legal counsel to BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity Belgium in connection with its minority stake investment in the Het Poetsbureau group.
The group is active in the cleaning sector, including service vouchers, professional cleaning and glass washing, temping, in-house training and sale of cleaning products.
