Eubelius has assisted the sole shareholder of Vive La Vie BV on its sale of the fashion brand behind Vive Le Vélo to A&D Trucks & Trailers. Vive La Vie BV is the company behind the Vive Le Vélo fashion label, a lifestyle brand inspired by and closely linked to the popular Belgian television show on cycling, which is hosted by Karl Vannieuwkerke.
The Eubelius team was led by Philippe Mulliez and Miel Dhuyvetter.
