On 11 April 2018, the shares in Retail Estates were admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Amsterdam. As of 11 April 2018, the shares in Retail Estates are therefore being traded on the regulated markets of both Euronext Brussels and Euronext Amsterdam ("dual listing"). Retail Estates is the public regulated real estate company ("BE-REIT") specialising in peripheral retail property and retail parks with a strong presence in Belgium as well as a fast-growing presence in the Netherlands.
