Eubelius acted as legal counsel to Belgocontrol in the structuring and incorporation of a joint venture for the management and organisation of training. Belgocontrol is entering into this joint venture with Entry Point North, one of the largest Air Traffic Services academies worldwide. Entry Point North was selected by means of a public procurement procedure.
