In the framework of the envisaged contribution of its Apartment Buildings branch of activity into a new subsidiary, Immobe, on 12 July 2018 Aedifica signed final agreements for the sale in two phases of a maximum of 75% of the shares in Immobe to an international investor represented by CODABEL.
Eubelius assisted Aedifica with the preparation of the contribution of the branch of activity, the creation of Immobe and its accreditation as an institutional regulated real estate company (IRREC) and the agreements with the joint venture partner.
