Eubelius acts as legal counsel to the shareholders of the 4PET Group in their sale to Færch Plast

Eubelius acted as legal counsel to the shareholders of the 4PET Group in the sale of a majority stake in the 4PET Group to Færch Plast.
 
The 4PET Group, headquartered in Duiven, the Netherlands, is a leading PET sheet manufacturer with unique recycling capabilities and a leading European material specialist in PET sheets and food-contact quality recycling. Færch Plast, backed by private equity group Advent International, is a Danish group holding a leading position in rigid plastic packaging for the food industry. The holding has manufacturing sites in Denmark, the UK, the Czech Republic, France and Spain.
 
The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2018, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
