Eubelius acted as legal counsel to the Scientific Institute of Public Health ("Wetenschappelijk Instituut Volksgezondheid"/ "Institut scientifique de la Santé publique") and the Veterinary and Agrochemical Research Centre ("Centrum voor Onderzoek in Diergeneeskunde en Agrochemie"/ "Centre d'Etude et de Recherche Vétérinaire et Agrochimique") in connection with their merger to form the new public institution Sciensano on 1 April 2018.
