Tim is active in the employment department.
He has been an associate at Eubelius since 2 September 2019 and qualified as a member of the Dutch-speaking association of the Brussels Bar the same year. He has particular expertise in the termination of employment contracts, internal investigations, restructuring, sports law, the HR aspects of corporate transactions and proceedings before the ordinary courts and tribunals.
He holds a law degree from Universiteit Gent (2019). He has also been appointed arbitrator at the Belgian Court of Arbitration for Sport.
