Thomas

Thomas specialises in European and Belgian competition law, including state aid, foreign subsidies and foreign direct investment. He also advises clients on broader EU regulatory questions.

Thomas became a member of the Brussels Bar in 2021 and joined Eubelius as an attorney the same year. From 2024-2025, he pursued an LL.M. degree at Stanford University, after which he returned to Eubelius. He is also active as a Teaching Assistant at KU Leuven in the Consumer Competition Market (CCM) research institute.

Thomas obtained a law degree at KU Leuven in 2021, after having obtained a Master’s degree in economics, law and business studies there in 2020. During his LL.M. at Stanford University (2025), he focused on international economic law, business and policy.

He handles cases in Dutch, English and French.
