Philip is actively involved in trade and economic law and in corporate and association law. His practice focuses on representation of clients in complex disputes and assisting in takeovers (both share and asset deals) and commercial agreements, such as shareholder agreements and distribution contracts.
He also works on real estate development and care sector matters, particularly matters involving the structuring of complex projects.
Philip started his career in 2006 at the international consultancy firm Ernst & Young, where he worked on corporate tax and corporate law. He joined Eubelius in 2007 and was admitted to the Antwerp Bar the same year. He was promoted to Counsel in 2019.
Philip obtained a Master's in Law from the University of Leuven in 2005. In 2006, he obtained a special Master's Degree in Tax from the same university.
