Marion advises on the full spectrum of corporate law matters, covering both advisory and transactional work, and has strong experience in corporate dispute resolution. She advises listed companies on all aspects of being listed, including governance (board and committee practices, internal controls and shareholder engagement), ongoing disclosure and compliance obligations, and market abuse issues.
She became a member of the French-speaking association of the Brussels Bar in September 2022 and joined Eubelius on the same date.
Marion obtained a master’s degree in economic and social law at the Université libre de Bruxelles in 2021.
She then completed an LL.M. in International Business Law at the Université libre de Bruxelles.
She handles cases in French and English.
