Helen Moreels

Helen Moreels is a lawyer at Eubelius. She practises corporate law and M&A. She mainly focuses on dispute resolution in corporate and commercial law matters.

Helen joined Eubelius in 2025 and became a member of the Dutch-speaking association of the Brussels Bar the same year.

In 2024 she graduated summa cum laude with a Master’s degree in Law from Universiteit Gent. The following year, in 2025, she earned a Master’s degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School, graduating magna cum laude.

Helen served as board member and group coach for the legal division of 180 Degrees Consulting Ghent.

She is proficient in Dutch, English, and French.
