Betül Belkiran is attorney at Eubelius, specialising in company and corporate law.
She advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and corporate governance.
Betül joined the Dutch-speaking association of the Brussels Bar at the Brussels Bar in 2021. She has been working at Eubelius since 2025.
Betül obtained her Master's degree in Law from the Universiteit Antwerpen in 2021, specialising in tax law, and completed an additional Master's degree in Company Law at KU Leuven in 2024, where she focused on mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
After obtaining her Master's degree in Law, she started her career in the legal profession in 2021, advising clients on the corporate law and tax aspects of mergers, demergers and restructurings. In 2024, she obtained an additional Master's degree in Corporate Law, with an emphasis on complex transactions and corporate governance.
She is fluent in Dutch, Turkish, English and French.
