Tina Coen is a senior attorney with Eubelius Tina specialises in company law, and more broadly the institutional design of legal persons, as well as public economic law, including in relation to regulated sectors.
Tina became a member of the Dutch-speaking association of the Brussels Bar in 2011. Following an internship at Eubelius until 2014, she devoted herself to an academic career at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. She rejoined Eubelius as an attorney in 2021.
She received her PhD in law from the Free University of Brussels in 2023 with a dissertation entitled "“Overheidsvennootschappen. Een (overwegend) vennootschapsrechtelijke analyse”.
She is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Solvay Business School and Social Sciences of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and is a member of the Belgisch Centrum voor Vennootschapsrecht. She also teaches in the Business Economics programme at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and is a member of the editorial secretariat of the bilingual journal Tijdschrift voor Rechtspersoon en Vennootschap / Revue pratique du droit des sociétés.
Tina regularly publishes articles on topics related to corporate law and public economic law.
She handles cases in Dutch, English and French.
