Maaike practices individual and collective employment law and social security law. She focusses on HR aspects in transactions, acquisitions and restructurings. She furthermore has a particular expertise in flexibility in the employment relationship (amongst others flexibility in the working time, flexible staffing and flexibility in compensation & benefits), and discrimination.
She has been an associate at Eubelius since 2015 and qualified as member of the Brussels Bar in the same year.
Maaike holds a law degree (2012) and an additional master's in economics (2013) from the Universiteit Gent.
She is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
