He has been an attorney at Eubelius and a member of the West Flanders Bar since 2021.

Bram holds a Master of Laws degree from Universiteit Gent (2015) and an additional Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School (2019). In 2021 he obtained a PhD in law from KU Leuven with a thesis on user protection in the sharing economy.

Between 2015 and 2021, Bram was a teaching assistant and a PhD fellow at the Centre for Methodology of Law (KU Leuven). In the academic year 2020–2021, he taught the ‘Introduction to Law’ course as a substitute lecturer in the commercial sciences programme (KU Leuven, Campus Carolus Antwerp). In the academic year 2021–2022 he is teaching the ‘International Business Law’ course as a substitute lecturer in the law programme (KU Leuven).

Bram is the author of several publications in the area of business law and regularly speaks at legal conferences and seminars. He remains affiliated with the Centre for Methodology of Law as a part-time postdoctoral assistant. He handles cases in Dutch, English and French.
