Bram focuses on energy law and public law.
He joined Eubelius in 2016 as Of Counsel. Prior to joining Eubelius, Bram worked as the Deputy Head of Cabinet to the Flemish Minister of Energy, in an international law firm, and as a counsellor in the field of energy for various ministers at federal and regional level.
Bram graduated in law at the University of Brussels (VUB) in 2001. He also holds a "D.E.S. en droit public et administratif" [Specialised Study Diploma in Public and Administrative Law] from the University of Brussels (ULB, 2002) and a Master of Energy and Environmental Law (LL.M.) from the University of Leuven (2003). In September 2011 he obtained his Ph.D. in Law from the University of Leuven.
He is affiliated with the Institute for Environmental and Energy Law in the Law Faculty at the University of Leuven and is a lecturer at the University of Malta.
