Eubelius’ Real Estate team has in-depth expertise in all legal and tax aspects of real estate. We implement innovative solutions covering the entire life cycle of real estate projects, taking into account the interests of the developer, the investor, the contractor and the user.

To reinforce our team in Brussels, we are looking for an Attorney Real Estate law.

Job description

As a Junior Attorney Real Estate law, you will:

• Provide legal assistance on the structuring and implementation of high-profile real estate projects
• Assist clients (developers, investors, contractors, tenants, …) with the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements of real estate assets, lease agreements, …
• Handle litigation in real estate cases
• Draft and negotiate agreements regarding purchase options, long lease rights, building rights, servitudes, condominium law, usufruct, …
• Advise on issues relating to co-ownership, neighbour nuisance, …
• Be part of the team handling large corporate real estate transactions, e.g. providing due diligence services and contracting work.

The Real Estate team works closely together with other teams within the Eubelius Real Estate practice group (corporate real estate, tax, environmental and administrative law), which will allow you to handle all legal aspects in this area of the law – on any scale.

Profile

You have a Belgian law degree with strong academic records;

You are passionate about Real Estate law and eager to take your knowledge to the next level;

Dutch is your mother tongue. French and/or English are a working language;

You are a good communicator and a true team player;
