Maxime focuses, within corporate, economic and financial law, on advice and assistance with regard to share transfers, shareholder agreements, commercial agreements, commercial and corporate disputes, and advice on general corporate law (e.g. on directors' liability).

Maxime also focuses on matters relating to the mobility industry, which allows him to develop a unique expertise, amongst others in the field of (smart) road charges for heavy goods vehicles in Belgium and the Netherlands and in particular regarding EETS (European Electronic Tolling Service

He has been working at Eubelius since September 2017 and became a member of the Brussels Bar the same year.

Maxime obtained his law degree in July 2016 at the University of Brussels (VUB). In May 2017, he received his LL.M. from Harvard University.

He is the author of various articles published in the field of corporate law.
