Magali focuses on various aspects of dispute resolution and litigation. She practises in the areas of liability law, contract law, commercial law, insolvency law, as well as attachment and execution law.
Magali became a member of the Dutch-speaking association of the Brussels Bar in 2019. She joined Eubelius as an attorney in September 2022.
She obtained a Master of Laws degree at Universiteit Antwerpen in 2013, as well as a LL.M. in Comparative International and European Law at the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. In 2018, she obtained a LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Groningen.
From 2019 until 2022, Magali worked in the Dispute resolution & litigation department of another Belgian law firm.
She handles cases in Dutch, English, German and Mandarin.
