Filip offers advice and represents clients before the courts in litigations regarding all aspects of employment and social security law. He has specific experience in litigation before the Constitutional Court, the public and semi-public sector and (supplementary) pensions. He adopts a pragmatic approach in order to resolve complex social law problems.
He has been a senior attorney at Eubelius since 2016. He qualified as a member of the Brussels Bar in 2010.
Filip obtained a Law degree at Universiteit Gent in 2009 and a Special degree in Social Law at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) the following year. He also holds a Certificate in Pension Law (KU Leuven, 2016).
He is a member of the Vereniging voor Sociaal Recht and the Belgian Pension Lawyers Association (BePLA).
Filip is a regular speaker at seminars and is the author of various publications on social law.
He is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
