Elliot works in our tax practice and focuses on dispute resolution and procedures in tax matters. He assists clients in both the administrative and the judicial phase and represents them before all Belgian and international courts. His practice also includes prevention of tax litigation through sanity checks and risk assessments.
He joined Eubelius in 2018 and became a member of the Brussels Bar the same year.

Elliot obtained his law degree at the UCLouvain in 2017. In 2018 he obtained a master’s degree in tax law at the Université libre de Bruxelles.
Elliot regularly writes articles on various tax topics. He handles cases in French, Dutch and English.
