Van Bever Lars

Lars Van Bever has been an attorney in our corporate and securities practice since 1997 and became a partner in the firm in 2003. He represents clients in connection with M&A and securities offerings, with a particular focus on venture capital, private equity and capital markets.

He obtained a law degree at the University of Leuven (1996) and a Master of Laws degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (1997).

Lars has authored various legal publications and is a regular speaker at seminars.
