Hofströssler Patrick

Patrick Hofströssler has been a partner in Eubelius since 2000 and also serves as Managing Partner of the firm.

His practice focuses on litigation, contract law, construction law, administrative law and estate law. He regularly acts before Belgian courts at all levels,, including the Constitutional Court and the Council of State, and regularly represents the Belgian State.

Patrick holds a law degree from the University of Brussels (VUB, 1990) and received both the René Marcq prize and the annual award of the Tijdschrift voor Privaatrecht for his first publication.

He has been a member of the Brussels Bar since October 1990 and a member of the Antwerp Bar since January 2004.

He is former director of the Orde van Vlaamse Balies, president of its study department and a former member of the council of the Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten in Brussels.

Patrick lectures at the University of Leuven. He is regularly speaks at conferences and contributes to legal publications.
