De Marez Dominique
Dominique De Marez has been an associated partner since 2010 and a member of the Kortrijk Bar since 2007, having previously practised law in Ghent.
He obtained his law degree at the University of Ghent in 1995, and his Ph.D. at the University of Leuven in 2004. The subject of his thesis was action by shareholders to claim for indirect damages.
His practice focuses on commercial law with a specific emphasis on corporate law, banking law and insolvency law.
Dominique regularly publishes in legal journals and also acts as a guest lecturer at the University of Brussels (HUB).
